Living in a New Reality

I'm sitting in the airport in Shannon, Ireland as I write this waiting for my flight back to Newark. On paper, I've just spent a week at a Cellular Transformation workshop with Don Hanson in Ennis, a small town near Shannon. But in my being, I've just spent a week in Shamballa, in a reality where truth and love reign.

As if the workshop on Cellular Transformation weren't enough of a high, I had the added excitement of living in community with my Irish friends. Eight of us rented a house on a dairy farm up miles of long narrow hedge lined roads. On our way down in the morning, we slowly trailed behind a herd of cows going to be milked. It doesn't get any better! Every night the house expanded and contracted as other friends came and went. We cooked and ate together. We played and sang and laughed and cried together.

I know these friends to the core even though I may not know the details of their daily lives. I know their essence, their inner beauty, their uniqueness. Some I met at my first long workshop with Don Hanson in Hawaii last summer, some I met in the subsequent Ireland workshops I've attended. I don't easily use the word "friend". I tend to distinguish between friend, colleague, acquaintance, neighbor and so on. But I readily use the word friend for the people I just spent a week with everyday from 9:30 to 5:30 and some of them for 24 hours a day! What makes them a friend is what we have in common. We all share the deep desire to live in a reality guided by love and to that end we are willing to be vulnerable to each other, to really hear the other and to let go of our "stuff". When I do this I see only beauty radiating from the other. I am determined to embody this new structure, this new way of being, and to carry it, to BE it in my world. It isn't easy but I wouldn't have it any other way. I can't not do it!

The workshop is facilitated by Don Hanson (who is coming regularly to NJ). I was intrigued the first time I read about his work. It spoke of cellular transformation and metamorphosis--words that I had been using in expressing what I wanted in my own life. So, I knew I had to find out what it was all about. And what I've witnessed is a man moving out of his own way so Divine Spirit can work through him. That is only part of the equation - the other part is the willingness the participant brings. The process is one of co-creating our reality with Spirit through Don's guidance. We need to be willing to show up for our own life. No one can do that for us, not even Great Spirit, without our active participation.

I've witnessed sacred change this week because the people were willing to put themselves out there, to be vulnerable, to step into fear, to take responsibility for their truth. And the best part is that it is not a quick, easy come easy go fix. I know from my own personal experience that it is permanent. And the more willing you are, the faster it goes. In Don's words, "You can change your life in an instant."

In my year of working with Don I have seen people change from the beginning of the workshop to the end. I have seen people who have been weighted down for years by sexual abuse finally find peace in their hearts. You can see the peace come in as their faces clear, their bodies relax and they feel lighter. I have also seen people who are very uncomfortable with themselves and in their life. They may feel they are not enough, or they may be carrying a lot of negativity and feel life is hopeless. Within a few days they experience understandings that are felt in the heart, not just the head, and they become softer, more natural, more expressive, and obviously happier. It is because they start to relax into themselves and "know" on a deep level who they really are.

I call these examples miracles. Before my eyes in a few days I saw personalities and lives transformed. I am always in awe of the transformations that I witness. Most of us know the power of affirmations and intentions. Can you then imagine the power of 20/30 people bonded by desire and courage affirming their determination to live fully, to live in love, truth and fun and willing to do whatever it takes to get there? Now add a loving, funny guy who knows how to bring Divine Spirit into the room to perform the miraculous! This forms an energy field which takes each one of us with it into new possibilities.

For those of you who read The Celestine Prophecy you'll remember how the characters knew what the other was thinking. They were so connected to the invisible that they didn't need their minds anymore. That's the new reality - being so sensitive to your body and to energy that you know what's going on without using the mind. Mind is always tripping us up with fears, needs, doubts, expectations, and judgments which paralyze, manipulate, restrict, and control us. Why go through all that conflict if you can learn to use your body to feel what's going on and to guide you to what you need to know and do? It is total freedom! and you live in a reality guided by love and truth instead of one controlled by negativity and fear. That's the new Age, the Promised Land, Shamballa.

1.) For those of our readers who may not know who you are, who are you?

Hello, my name is Don Hanson. My family and I live in Sedona, Arizona. I travel extensively throughout the world facilitating healing seminars and workshops, teaching people how to unlock their full potential and move into their true talents. I do most of my private work over the phone and have many people calling me from all over the world for healing sessions. I was given the gift of clairvoyance and the ability to bring through a profound, healing, transformational energy to assist and teach a process of self-realization and enlightenment. The divine energy that flows through comes directly from the heart of God and is some of the most powerful transformational energy available on the planet at this time. The process of life taught through these workshops, retreats and private sessions has a way of completely transforming how we think and the way we see reality providing a structure that connects us directly with the intelligence and healing power of the Great Spirit.

2.) Can you tell me about your work Transforming Cellular Memory?

During a Transforming cellular memory workshop divine energy flows through the body on a regular and continuous basis. This energy is so powerful that it targets all limitations in our body, mind and emotions that have to do with old fear based realities, belief systems and conditioning that we have inherited from our ancestors and cultures that are not in alignment with the universal law of love, gratitude and abundance on all levels. This energy is brought through my body on request and will enter the individual or group I am working with and will start to undo the cloak of world mind that the soul takes on when we come into this world. Layer by layer this cloak is unraveled and dissolved. A cellular, molecular shift takes place in the body at the most profound levels. Over time, as we are guided by the divine light flowing through, our bodies make a complete metamorphosis. Those behavior patterns, mind sets and energy blockages that are at the foundation of physical, mental and emotional illness start to disappear and a new structure of excitement, passion, and self-love begin to emerge.

The divine energy that is channeled through awakens our divine self. This divine self is created in the image of God. It has at its disposal the power to transform physical bodies on every level. It changes the brain. It changes the way we think. It changes the way we feel. The intelligence of this divine energy is so brilliant it knows exactly how to unfold the full potential of each one of us. In time, it awakens all of our talents, our intuitive, psychic abilities and our power to bring through the most powerful energy on the planet bringing us into alignment with the destiny plan that was given to each one of us by the Great Spirit.

As divine energy transforms our bodies, our minds and our emotions we begin to see that our true nature is one of self-empowerment, self-trust and clarity. Most of the emotions that we feel are based on living in a world that is full of fear, shame, abuse, self-righteous ego, competition and comparing ourselves to others. In the process of unraveling our divine self, the energy will unlock layer by layer all the emotions that are based on the world's misalignment and separation from divine love. We will feel these emotions unlocking as they intensify, expand out and release from our body, mind and emotions. During this process, it is very important not to make fear-based emotions real. Instead they are viewed as that which is being released and healed from the body. Where we place our emphasis is on the LIGHT that is pushing out and transmuting the old traumas and emotions that have run our lives in the past. We are much greater than who we think we are. Each one of us carries a divine self. What we focus our energy on is what we become. If we focus our energy constantly on negative emotions and what is wrong with our lives or what is wrong with others, this is what we shall become. If we put our energy into knowing that our body is constantly healing itself by trying to shed off old feelings and emotions and that what we are really feeling is what is leaving us, then we begin to support the healing process of the divine light awakening in each one of us.

3.) How important is it to experience the emotions of traumas and events that may have shaped us along the way?

It is important to unlock and re-feel any traumatic experiences or memories from our growing up years. As children we adapt quickly to unsafe, abusive environments by learning to guard and protect ourselves. We therefore numb out the traumatic experience(s) in order to survive.

As long as the trauma stays inside our body, we humans have a way of continuing to re-create situations that reflect the original trauma through relationships and the way we operate in the world. In a sense we project our original traumas into our current relationships and everyday situations. Also, repressed trauma can tend to show up as depression, anxiety, fear, self-depreciation and aloneness. As we get older, the repressed trauma can create tension and blockages, constricting us on a physical, energetic and cellular level, affecting bodily functions and interfering with the body's natural ability to heal itself.

This tension can inhibit the cells from functioning at their optimum level. They can not therefore renew themselves to the vibrancy that the body is designed for. Over time this can result in premature aging, illness, disease or death.

4.) When I was in the workshop I experienced profound, deep emotions and memories that went as far back as my great Grandfather, how and why is this so important to my healing?

In the process of sitting in divine light, all of the old traumas and negative memories will unlock themselves. We may feel and remember these as they are being transmuted with light. Sometimes however, we won't need to remember as the power of this light burns out the original traumas before the mind can understand what is taking place.

5.) I wasn't aware that this even existed or was affecting me, how deep and how far do we need to go to heal and move on?

Often during the course of our workshops and seminars we work with behavior patterns and belief systems, traumas, losses and atrocities that get passed down through our ancestral history. Jesus once said "The sins of our fathers get passed down for seven generations" What we have discovered in our work and research is that through the collective unconscious of families, cultures and religions, un-resolved traumas that may have happened 3 or even 10 generations ago get passed on to new-born babies. Babies born through traumatized mothers and fathers tend to be traumatized in the uterus, infancy and also the later years.

The new soul coming through a family that has been traumatized absorbs vibrationally and energetically the blockages of the previous generation. If not healed in their lifetime, it can be passed to the next generation and so on. This is called Generational Karma.

The brilliance of the divine energy sources out and targets those traumas that have been passed down through the collective unconscious. It will expose the cellular memory of the trauma so we can feel what we have inherited as they are being transmuted and dissolved. We are much more than who we think we are.

It is so important in our healing and enlightenment process that we address this ancestral issue in order to clear the deeper subconscious traumas that can vibrationally affect our genetic and molecular structure.

In my work in Ireland for the last 7 years, we have gone as far back as 3500 years cleaning out traumas of oppression and political strife including famine and poverty issues. As these traumas are exposed in the presence of divine light, we feel a tremendous explosion of the cells and synapses as the original memories are dissipated.

6.) Are we ever fully healed?

It is my experience that every person's healing process is unique. The brilliance of the divine energy knows how to unlock the baggage and unravel the unique cloak that each person carries. For some, the process of unraveling may take 10 years, for others a lifetime. We are not interested in the end goal. Rather, to sit as often as we can in divine energy allowing the universe to be in charge of the outcome of our healing and enlightenment. So we let go of our own will and let Divine will be done through us. We learn to step aside and let divine intelligence orchestrate our self-realization and enlightenment. Our job is to form a partnership with the Creator. We hold up our baggage and then allow the light to transform it. This is called divine alchemy… turning lead into gold. Eventually, we reach gold. In time, we will move through our own karma and clean up that which our soul has chosen to take on. However, we eventually begin to see that we are really not totally cleared until the world is clear -- because on some deep profound level, we are all in this together. In our healing circles, we often work on exposing and transmuting world karma, unconscious behavior patterns that affect us all. The Bodhisattva knows that when he or she reaches their own enlightenment, the next stage in their development is to take on world mind. It is so important that we as healers and people clean out our own closet first. This allows the light to come through a clean filter. Those that do not take the necessary time to clean out their own closets may channel energies through a filter that is contaminated with their own unconsciousness, thus creating harm or distortion with those they work with.

7.) Can we keep digging and always find something to heal? Is there a point we need to start owning our power of who we truly are? When does that part start truly happening?

One of the natural outcomes of awakening our divine self is having the ability to access a universal power, wisdom and clarity that we know came through some of our great teachers and Masters such as Jesus, the Buddha, Mohammed, Moses, and many others. Each one of us, if we chose to put our time in, will become a great Master. We are all created in the image of God. We only have to unlock this divine self by removing the blanket of world mind and ancestral history that cloaks who we really are.

8.) How do we deal with finding courage? Feelings of not deserving? Feeling of being alone? Etc.

Dear friends, let me tell you. Inside of you is something so sacred and so profound that as it is unlocked, you will know that you are not alone. You are in a divine love affair with the Creator 24 hours a day. All the Creator wants from you is your complete devotion to it. It wants you to talk to it and keep one eye and one ear on its voice in your body, which we call Greater Mind. Greater Mind is in the center of the body. It is the direct connection to God. Our intellects are designed to listen and interpret the intuitive guidance presenting itself constantly from Greater Mind. Our goal is to walk and talk from Greater Mind. Greater Mind presents itself to the degree that we acknowledge it in our centers. The Center is located about 1-4 inches below the belly button. There is a light in this place so powerful that when it unlocks and ignites itself, it has the power to transform the entire body, mind and emotions. We are truly not alone. When we begin to actively love the Creator to the degree that we can feel love in our hearts towards the Creator, we then begin to open the door that allows the light to shine through every aspect of our life. In a sense, we are door openers. We open the door by loving God. As the door opens, we are flooded with the most profound, sweet nectar that the Universe has to offer. This nectar redoes our interior structure from the inside out.

9.) In the workshop you said if you had an audience of 10,000 you would speak to them about a specific subject (femininity), now you are addressing an audience of almost 100,000, what would you like to say to all of us?

It is a privilege on a soul level to be given the opportunity to be on this planet at this time. It is so important for those of us who are about to embark on, or already are on the path of self-realization to take on the attitude of gratitude. We need to actively thank the Great Spirit for everything that happens to us…the good and the bad. Some of us have developed bad habit patterns of judging ourselves, judging others, and thinking that we are less than others, believing that we are victims of our life circumstances and blaming others. This is a direct insult to our Divine self and to the creator and only leads to misery. We can face our resistance to negative thinking by thanking the creator for everything that comes our way. Gratitude is the key to enlightenment. The more we practice it, the more we become it. Every time we thank the Great Spirit, our heart begins to open a little more. Over time, the Universe responds. This is a door opener. This is a tool that opens the door allowing the light to shine through every aspect of our life.

It is so important that we face our fears. Fear is the pathway to freedom. Those who choose passivity and inaction because they are afraid end up isolating themselves from true freedom. Freedom comes by taking risks and trusting that the universe will rearrange itself to support us. God helps those who help themselves. God sits back and twiddles its thumbs, waiting lifetimes for those playing the role of victim (waiting to be saved), until that soul chooses to step out of the quagmire of hopelessness, helplessness and passivity. Each of us has been given free will. It is so important to use our will to step forward into what expands us and makes us feel alive.

10.) Usually, when I do interviews they are with authors that our readers can go buy the book and experience some or a piece of the work. What is one thing you can share with our readers that they can do today to start or continue their healing?

One thing I suggest you do is find groups or healing circles where there is a transmission of divine energy taking place. You will know this through the response of your body. If there is light coming through, you will feel expansion, healing, openness and no doubt that you are sitting in the presence of an energy field coming directly from universal love. Your cells will explode in ecstasy. If the teaching is only on an intellectual level, you will not feel an expansion or release on a cellular or molecular level. I also recommend you practice the attitude of gratitude everyday, until you feel love towards the creator. This is exactly what I have done.

11.) Bio:

In 1971, I was involved in a very serious car accident. After one week of being in a coma, I woke up with the thought that the purpose of my life was to live life fully. I realized that I was raised to die life not live life. This car accident was the accumulation of belief systems and mindsets that I inherited from my ancestors, family and religion. I was in the hospital for 7 weeks with many broken bones and in and out of surgery. This gave me the time to reflect on my past, present and future. I made a decision to go for life. To understand what the purpose of being in a body on this planet at this time was all about. From that point on I committed all my resources and invested in the study of psychology, spirituality and metaphysics. I trained as a psychotherapist for 10 years. I left that field upon discovering that God is the healer. I found great teachers that channeled divine light. I sat in their presence for many years using the divine energy coming through them to resurrect myself. I left the field of psychotherapy and stopped working with people until I cleared out my own closet to such a degree that I opened up clairvoyant abilities and the ability to bring through divine energies. It was a lifetime investment into me. In the process, I awakened divine self. I live in a constant love affair with the Creator. The Creator has rewarded me by awakening many talents that lay dormant in my consciousness. I now travel whereever I am invited to bring the teaching and possibility of self-realization and enlightenment to those souls who are hungry for it. If I can do it, you can do it. Everything is possible to the degree that we set our mind to it. I invite you all to come join us in the most profound awakening process happening on this planet today.

Women were so trained and conditioned to give their power away to men through cultural brainwashing that they lost their ability to trust their own inner-knowingness and their connection to divine wisdom and power within themselves. This has all led to a deadening and numbing in the people – (our bodies and psyches). We have lost the ability to be creative, powerful, wise individuals, trusting the intelligence of the universe as it is expressing through us in each moment.

My purpose for being in Slovenia is to unlock, burn out and transform in both men and women the numbness and the deadness that our souls took on.

When the soul comes into the world it puts on a cloak of the family and culture that it was born in to, in order to eventually get back to the Great Spirit and have this cloak turned inside out from darkness to light. I teach people this process. In our groups we sit in a large circle. I play music at first, and then I talk to the Great Spirit out loud and bring through divine energy to unlock and release people from oppression, repression and old traumas. There is a very powerful divine energy comes into the room that goes into your body like electricity and pushes out layer by layer of tensions, numbness, fears, angers, sexual abuse, etc… In time it completely releases you from the cloak over your divine self. Great Spirit then takes over your body from the inside out and replaces the other with its own feeling of tremendous excitement, love, passion and freedom.

On entering your body, the energy rearranges the molecular structure and the energetic genetics which affect the genes, strengthening the immune system and personal vitality. It is as if your body goes through a de-aging process.

This is a process. Radical changes that take place inside of you get mirrored back by your externals. When you change inside you can not keep doing the same things that created your deadness in the first place. In workshops I teach an intellectual structure to support you to live in alignment with universal law, a law of expansion, power, self-trust and feeling abundant on every level, (eventually manifesting itself into prosperity on every level). The natural outcome over time is that your life, relationships, physical body and your understanding of how the universe works will improve. You develop a charisma in your energy field that pulls in your match. (The victim process gets completely eliminated.) You are completely empowered by divine light. This process is different for each person. It is a process of self-awakening and self-realization. It is an enlightenment process. What I teach can take from months to years. It is the structure of how to live in an expanded reality in alignment with universal law.

As a facilitator I get out of my own way and I let the energy do the healing because the intelligence of it is much greater than my own. When I was trained as a psychotherapist, I used to think I knew something. Now I know that the intelligence of the universal energy is so brilliant it can source out a problem and release it in a person so quickly – that otherwise could take years or centuries in psychotherapy. I have watched Great Spirit burn out illnesses in peoples bodies in hours. The body knows how to heal itself. It goes through a complete change every 7 years. It is only our minds and bodies that hold the configuration the same so the body cannot heal itself. When you release the traumas, change someone's thinking and burn out energy blocks with divine energy the body begins to heal itself. This is a very powerful transformational process that will completely change a participant's reality over time.

You have to be ready to live in alignment with the universe (love, passion, creativity, expansion, excitement). Inside each one of you is greater mind situated in your abdomen, center, hara. Your intellect is not designed to run separate creating its own reality. It is designed to support, interpret and respond from greater mind. This is what Spirit does – it reconnects you with greater mind/ universal intelligence that has been there all along, heaped over with old world mind, fear-based realities.

Our world mind attitude is that the world is not trustworthy (if I really show you who I am you will judge me). So we all live in secrets afraid to be who we really are. The old world mind does not see the divine and precious self in each person. It makes our programming and cultural conditioning and traumas REAL. (This is the separation process.) It makes these more real than the sacredness of each being.

Old world mind has repressed women in its religions and cultures to such a degree that many women have lost themselves. The energy coming through now is the divine feminine aspect of God. Women have been taught that they can not be self-sufficient and that men are the source of their abundance. They have been intellectually suppressed, unable to survive without men. Women are required to deaden themselves, often living in the box of marriage where there is no aliveness or passion. They are required to be Mums, take care of the house and raise the children. Women therefore are never able to reach their full potential. The energies available now are lifting this old belief system.

Christianity is an old male patriarchal system where women are not allowed a voice. Women can not be priests. Women are there to serve men. It was the same in the time of Jesus – men such as the disciples were in power and women took second place. This way of being has brought the world to the brink of major war because it is disconnected from the feminine aspect of self. Men are terrified of losing control, terrified of the light and terrified to trust the intuitive power that comes though the divine feminine.

Fundamental Islam is an old male patriarchal system that has repressed the passionate aspect of the feminine. They make the women wear black and cover up due to their own fear of women's sexual energy and passion. The Great Spirit gave you and me the divine gift of sexual energy and passion. It is one of the most powerful healing energies in the body. When we feel turned on to life is when we are the most creative and alive. If you control women, suppress sexual energy and passion which numbs and deadens, you have got them trapped. They have lost themselves. Now it is time for women to reclaim their individuality separate from the control of Socialism, Communism and Fundamental Religion. It is time they stand up and say NO to being controlled and suppressed. It is time for women to learn to take care of themselves financially and to learn business. It is important that women work together and support each other to realize their full potential. Men must learn to surrender, take in what women have to say energetically, really listen, and face their fear of the feminine aspect of God – power.

This attitude will liberate all of us. We teach this in workshops. There is a great movement taking place to liberate women in Western Countries, (US and Western Europe. Not yet in Africa, Asia and the Middle-East.) The rigid old male religion will eventually crack because there is so much divine feminine energy pouring into this planet from the universe. The old male will be hit with such energy that it will crumble over time. Just as the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Taliban and Saddam Hussein have crumbled. One by one they will go – there will be a whole new evolution that will take over that is feminine in nature. It is so strong that it can transform and re-educate people's minds and bodies to become channels for divine energy. The nature of this energy is love, support and expansion. Its nature is to bring forth beauty, prosperity, joy, peace, self-trust and harmony on the planet. This divine energy cannot be denied. It feels alive and electric. We are learning to get out of the way and let the greater intelligence do its work and transform us.

I see Slovenian people as just coming out from beneath a Socialistic Government which took away individuality. People are very open to a new way of being, learning how to become empowered individuals rather than have a government take care of them. However, a lot of Slovenians are struggling with this. There is a naivety and innocence amongst the people. Spirit wishes to present a model which is unlimited in possibility, to teach abundance and personal power. People can become anything they want. It is like the lid has been taken off Slovenia and each individual is pioneering a new reality for themselves. I am interested in training people to go out and teach other people how to reach their full potential. Those who attend my workshops can take the principals they learn home to their work colleagues and family. It is a way to train the entire country.

We have traumas that must be healed before we can be clear channels and teachers. Some channels and teachers out there have not taken their bodies through a complete purification process. The danger of this is that they may have love deprivation within, creating a need to look for love outside of them, and a need to be worshipped. This is exactly what they teach energetically. To the degree they have cleared their own bodies/channels is to the degree they can help clear another's.

It is self-realization. The truth is that love comes up from within us. Don Hanson.
